CUS cares a lot about your privacy. I therefore only process data that I need for my services, and I handle the information I have collected about you and your use of my services with care. I never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by CUS. This Privacy Policy describes what information I collect about you, where this data is used for and with whom and under what conditions this data can be shared with third parties. About the Data Processing
Below you can read how I process your data, where I save it, what security techniques I use and for whom the data are transparent.
Webshop Software
My webshop is developed with software from www.shopware.com and hosted by www.digitalocean.com. I have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. These security measures consist of any case of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy.
Web Hosting
My hosting and e-commerce partner has access to your data to provide me (technical) support, and they will never use your data for any other purpose. They process personal data on my behalf and do not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Our hosting and e-commerce partner have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss and unauthorised use of your data.
E-mail and Mailing List
I will keep your e-mail address only to communicate for the refund right or repair issues to a maximum of two years. I don’t share your email address with others for commercial purposes. I don’t use a Newsletter, so there are no security issues for that matter.
Payment Processors
I use the Mollie Payments platform to handle the payments in my webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Mollie does not store your data for longer than is permitted by the legal terms.
Shipping and Logistics
If you place an order with me, my job is to have your package delivered to you. I use the services of MyParcel for the execution of the deliveries. Therefore, I must share your name, address, and residence details with MyParcel. MyParcel uses this information only to execute the agreement. In the event MyParcel engages subcontractors, MyParcel will also make your data available to these parties.
Purpose of data Processing
Your information will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all kept confidential under the agreement between them and me or legal obligation.
Automatically Collected Data
Data that is automatically collected by my website is processed to improve my services further. This information (e.g. your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.
Participation in Tax and Criminal Investigation
In such cases, CUS can be held based on a legal obligation to share your data in connection with government tax or criminal investigations. In such a case, I am forced to share your data, but I will oppose this within the possibilities that the law offers.
