CUS ships only to EU countries! Non-EU countries within the European trade sphere such as Switzerland, Norway and the UK have different shipping costs due to different trade agreements. Therefore, the delivery will also contain a customs form. The customs authorities of your country need some time to clear your parcel. These extra costs need to be paid by the customer.
All orders placed will be made and shipped within two weeks. Your order will be handled by MyParcel, within NL it takes up to 2 business days, Germany and Belgium up to 3 business days, other EU countries up to 5 business days. Tracking information will be sent to the provided email address.
If you change your mind, it is possible to return the bag(s) within 14 days after the delivery of your order. I expect the item(s) to be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
The reduced price for the first 100 Knapsacks are special offers and cannot be returned.
Please note that the costs of returning any item to me is at your expense and that the item is your responsibility until it reaches me.
I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that provides insurance and ensure you get a tracking number for your shipment.
Once your returned bag has arrived, I'll need 10 business days to process it. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear on the account used to place the initial order. The bank transfer will be under the name of Christoph Seyferth.
Browse, select and place your favourite items in the shopping cart. When you're done, click on the cart at the top right corner of the screen and continue to 'check-out'. Follow the steps as they appear on the screen, and that's it; your order has been placed!
Your order confirmation will be sent to you by email. Sometimes our emails end up in spam folders. If it's not there, contact me, and I will help you further. Please provide me with your full name and order number.

Once I receive your order, I will start working on it a.s.a.p. I am unable to make changes to orders that have already been placed. There's a minimal chance that I can cancel your order before shipping. The best way to do this is by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
